About Beth
I’m Beth Havelin, and my role at EWS Insurance is a Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines department. I’m new to the insurance industry, having transitioned from a background in the legal field. I work with current and new clients to quote home and auto policies, answer coverage questions, and help people understand their options. I’m passionate about making things clear and approachable for our clients and love helping them feel confident in their decisions. I’m always looking for ways to create a smoother, friendlier experience for everyone I work with.
Professional Background
Before joining EWS, I worked in the legal field, where I developed strong skills in communication, detail management, and client service. That experience taught me the importance of trust, clarity, and follow-through—skills I now bring into the insurance world.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I spend time with my husband, our seven children, and our two Labrador retrievers. Our family stays busy with cheerleading competitions, and we’re always up for a good roller coaster or a day at an amusement park. We also love camping—as long as it’s in an RV, because let’s be honest: I enjoy the great outdoors… with air conditioning.

I’m a self-help enthusiast who listens to true crime podcasts for balance. Personal growth is important. So is knowing who did it.
